Clifton Eugene Hale age 76 of Henagar died Wednesday, January 2 at Erlanger Medical Center. A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, January 12th at 2:00 PM CT at the Fort Payne Church of God. Family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 pm.

Survivors include wife of 51 years, Jane Kesler Hale, daughters, Angie Marshall, Kristen Hale Wilson(Scott), grandchildren, Joshua Hale Marshall, Caitlin Marshall, Taylor Wilson and Sarah-Beth Wilson, son-in-law, Paul Marshall, sister, Shirley Farmer(Junior), brother, Raymond Hale(Charleene), niece, Tina Mountain(Glen), nephews, Blake Farmer, Jason Farmer(Patricia), Tim Hale(Carolyn), aunts, Christine Carr and Tommie Ivey.

Mr. Hale was a retired Fleet Manager from FTC. He had served as a Police Officer and Fire Chief for the city of Rainsville, was a member of the first volunteer Fire Department for the Town of Fyffe and served several years as a board member of Sand Mountain Water Authority. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee Roy and Esta Mae Ivey Hale, and nephew, Kevin Lee Farmer.
