Kristin Marie Anderson, 46, of Hiawatha, Iowa, passed away after a sudden illness on Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at University Hospitals and Clinic in Iowa City.

Kristin was born March 21, 1972, in Waterloo, the daughter of Larry and Carol (Muller) Mitchell. She graduated from Dike High School in 1991 and Mercy/St. Luke's Radiology Tech School in Cedar Rapids.
In 1997, Kristin was united in marriage to Jeremy Anderson.
She was employed for many years at Mercy Hospital as a Radiology Tech.
Kristin loved spending time with her family, Jim, and her dog, Vivian.
She is survived by her sons, Bradley Anderson and Jared Anderson (Miranda Kress); grandson, Spencer; mother, Carol Mitchell; siblings, Julie Kienol and Scott (Angie) Mitchell; nieces and nephews; fiancé, Jim Shepherd; and her dog, Vivian.
Kristin was preceded in death by her father, Larry in 2011; husband, Jeremy in 2012; and niece, Jordan Sue.
