A native of Picayune, Mississippi, she was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Stockstill and Fannie Ivy Stockstill; her loving husband of 50 years, Forrest “Buster” Summers; 5 sisters; and 5 brothers.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Steven Summers (Ellen), Linda Hayes (Paul Guillot), Debbie Stewart (Jimmy); eight grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and one brother, Shorty Stockstill.
The services will be private. Interment will be at Biloxi National Cemetery, Biloxi, Mississippi.
