Survived by her children Fredrick L., Charles F., and Katherine A. Yost. Proceeded in death by her husband Edwin D. Yost and brother Yoshio Yamada.
Chizuko was placed to rest with her husband at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific with private service.
