Mr. Hissom was born on December 24, 1862 at Woodsfield, Ohio, and was an employe of the Pennsylvania Railroad Company before he retired.
Besides his son, Paden M. Hissom, with whom he made his home, he is survived by two brothers, Elsom Hissom of Woodsfield, O., and William Hissom of Sistersville, W. Va.
Friends will be received at the McNary Funeral home after 4 p.m., this afternoon and services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday afternoon, June 7, at two o'clock, in charge of the Rev. James. B. Orth of the Houston U. P. church. Interment will be in the Oak Spring cemetery.
