April Parker, Age 54, Hamilton, passed away, Sunday, December 23, 2018 at her residence following an extended illness. She was born in Hamilton on July 23, 1964, the daughter of Benjamin and Rebecca (Feltner) Philbeck. April married the love of her life, Mike Parker, in Hamilton on April 14, 2001. She is survived by her husband, Mike; two sons, Rick Flynn and Tony (Heather) Poynter; brothers and sisters, Jim (Martha) Philbeck, Eunice (Steve) Maynard, Tony (Teresa) Philbeck, Dennis (Joe) Beck, Debbie Philbeck, Myrtle Philbeck, Elizabeth (Aaron) Jackson and Ronald (Reveena) Philbeck; grandchildren, Cohen, Katie, Clover, Amelia, and Tommy; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. Some of April's fondest memories were of growing up on her family's small farm in Reily Township with her brothers and sisters. She enjoyed the outdoors, music, and karaoke; but her greatest love was gathering her family together and cooking meals for them fit for a king. She was a blessing and will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 28, 2018 at Weigel Funeral Home, 980 N. W. Washington Blvd. with Pastor Mark Wurzelbacher officiating. Interment will be in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of the service.
