He was born September 9, 1927 in Vera, OK to Elmer Stephens and the former Hazel Barlow.
He attended Vera High School and graduated as Valedictorian.
On November 14, 1947, Glenn married Helen Brazeal.
Glenn served his country in the Army at the very end of WWII.
Upon his return, he worked for a short time mowing for Tulsa County.
After that, he began his career with Rounds and Porter Lumber Company, where he worked his way up to sales rep.
Glenn was a member of the Shelter Free Will Baptist Church. He will be missed by many.
Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, December 27, 2018 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, December 28, 2018 at the Shelter Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. David Bilby officiating.
Interment will follow at the Wann Cemetery in Oologah, OK.
Glenn is survived by his children, 7 grandchildren, he is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, 1 brother, and 1 sister, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Glenn is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Helen Stephens, and 2 brothers: Gale Stephens and C.L. Stephens.
