MUSCATINE, Iowa - Dale D. Kerschenske, 66, Muscatine, died Saturday, April 1, 2006, at his home.
The Rev. Sharon Phillips will officiate. After the services, a time of food and fellowship will be held in the Community Room at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Muscatine.
A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home.
Mr. Kerschenske was born Jan. 6, 1940, in Muscatine, the son of Emil and Ella Bartlett Kerschenske. He married Connie Miller on Sept. 1, 1990, in Muscatine.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and loved fishing, hunting and gardening. He was a lead man at HON Industries for 34 years.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Jennifer Miller and her special friend Jason Sales of Grandview; a sister, June Warnstaff of Muscatine; several nieces and nephews and special friends of the neighborhood.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Robert and Harold; and two sisters, Erma and Lida.
