Survivors include her stepmother, Onah Cox Edge; brothers, Henry Edge (1923-2004), Johnny Derieux Edge (1927-1995), and Palmer Harrison Edge, Jr. (1917–1992); sisters, Harriett Edge Neal (1919–1988) and Josephine Gertrude Edge Metcalf (1921–2004).
Also predeceased by an infant sister (1925–1925) and infant brother (1928–1928).
Services were held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, January 15, 1966, at J.F. Floyd Mortuary by Rev. Noland Phillips and Rev. Guy Lawson; burial in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
The family received friends from 7:00 - 9:00 pm, Friday, January 14, 1966, at the mortuary.
