On July 5, 2014, beloved son of the late Harvey John & Gertrude K Franklin (nee Widerman). Charles was 87 when he passed away peacefully at Calvert Memorial Hospital in Pr. Frederick, MD. He is survived by numerous cousins, nieces & a nephew.
A Memorial service followed by a military sendoff will be held in the Cedar Hill Cemetery Mausoleum at 5829 Ritchie Hwy., Brooklyn, Md. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the local Humane Societies.
