BONDVILLE - Funeral services for David Slade, 90, who died Tuesday in a Bennington nursing home, will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Bondville Methodist Church. Burial will be in Bondville.

Mr. Slade was born in Manchester, Jan. 29, 1876, son of George F. and Margaret (McLellan) Slade. He was a lumberman at one time.

Surviving are his wife, the former Myrtle Bolster. Their only child, Chester Slade, died in an accident a number of years ago.
