She was born October 30, 1929 in Flowell to Joseph and Emma Naillon. Faunda married the love her life, Ivan Danielson, on September 16, 1950. They were later sealed in Jordan River Temple on November 13, 1996. They were married for sixty-eight amazing years.
Faunda worked for Salt Lake County as a payroll clerk. Her greatest love was cooking for her family and serving those in her community.
Faunda made sure she always had a large supply of suckers to give to her grandchildren. She was always present to every event her children and grandchildren were a part of.
She worked in the bishop’s storehouse for twenty-plus years and also served alongside Ivan in the Jordan River Temple.
Faunda is survived by her husband, Ivan; children, Doug (Debbie), Dennis (Bonnie), Don (Julie), and Denette (Wendy); eleven grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; and twin sister, Frieda. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and one sister.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the nurses and staff at Quality Home Health and Hospice for their gentle care of Faunda.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. in the Crescent Twwnty-Fourth Ward Chapel, 275 East 10600 South, Sandy, with a viewing one hour prior to the services. Friends and family may also gather for a viewing on Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
