Judy Ardella Perkins, age 87, of Hot Springs, Arkansas was granted her angel wings on Saturday, February 24, 2018. She was born on November 30, 1930, to loving parents James Edward and Corrine Outlaw-Phillips in Neelyville, MO. She spent most of her childhood in Newport, AR, where she met the love of her life, Robert Perkins, Jr. The two were married on May 22, 1949 and moved to Hot Springs, AR in 1951.
Judy was preceded in death by her aforementioned parents, a brother, Raymond Phillips and a sister Corrine Wesson.
