Mrs. Harrington was born May 10, 1914, the daughter of George Presley and Alice Wardrip Benham.
She was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church and she was 13th of 13 children in her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Harrington, in 1980. She is survived by three daughters, Barbara Pecora of Louisville, Julia Alice Yates and Angela Thompson of Brandenburg; one sister, Roxie Brown of Owensboro; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Thursday, from the Bethel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Nicholas Roe officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery directed by Hager Funeral Home of Brandenburg.
Pallbearers were Lindsay Mangin, Cary Mangin, Nathan Yates, James Benham, Bobby Brown and Jimmy Woolfolk. Honorary pallbearers were Fairleigh Yates and George Chappell.
