Anthony accepted Christ at an early age. He attended Hot Springs High School. After graduating, he proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. Anthony enjoyed watching sports and spending time with family and friends. Before he was disabled he had been a delivery driver for various companies around Hot Springs.
Anthony was preceded in death by his aforementioned father; sister, Tewana S. Rubin; and brother, Rev. Carl McKinney. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Barbara McKinney Walker of Hot Springs and a host of other relatives and friends.
