Patricia A. Farrell, 86, a long - time resident of Daytona Beach Shores, passed away on Tuesday, October 2nd in Ormond Beach. Patricia was born in Carthage, N.Y. to Gerald and Grace Gormley in 1932. She grew up in Upstate New York and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree before embarking on her career in nursing. After retirement, Patricia and her husband Bill moved to Daytona Beach Shores from Malvern, Pennsylvania. Patricia was an outgoing woman who enjoyed playing bridge and spending her summers on Lake Bonaparte in New York where she could be found boating and entertaining her friends and family. Her summers there, especially with her family, were some of her most treasured memories. Patricia was predeceased by her parents, her husband Bill, and her son, Michael, but leaves behind to cherish the memories, her son William Farrell, her grandchildren, Jessica and Richard Farrell, and her brother Bob Gormley. Funeral Services will be held for Patricia on Friday, October 12 in the chapel of Lohman Funeral Home Daytona beginning at 1pm, with visitation beginning one hour prior.
