She was born September 16, 1949, in Carter County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Paul Hensley Jr. and Glorious Dixon Hensley of Olive Hill, Kentucky.
Theresa enjoyed her work and spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her mother, Theresa is survived by one son, Jason Fannin (Sheri); one daughter, Sandy York (Jerry); four grandchildren, Ella Fannin, Claire Fannin, Emily York and Shane York; and one sister, Karen Bledsoe (Hal). She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon Monday, November 26, 2018 at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill, Kentucky with Brother John Lambert officiating. Burial will follow in the Garvin Ridge Cemetery in Olive Hill, Kentucky.
Friends may visit from 11 a.m. to 12 noon Monday, November 26, 2018 at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West US Highway 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky 41164.
Jason Fannin, Jerry York, Andy Bledsoe, Chris Bledsoe and Hal Bledsoe will serve as pallbearers.
