STATE OF MISSOURI, } AFFIDAVIT
County of Lewis }
JERRY V. LILLARD, Administrator of the Estate of WALKER G. LILLARD, deceased, being duly sworn,
says that the said Walker G. Lillard died intestate and with out leaving any will, at LaGrange, Mo.
on the 6th day of November A.D. 1881, leaving as his heirs, Lovisa F. Lillard, Jos. R. Lillard, Edward S.
Lillard, Nascissa H. Carlile, Jerry V. Lillard all of Lewis County, Mo. Mary N. Mays resides in Ralls County
, Missouri and Hattie P. Sawyer in Scott County, Ills. G.H., W.T. and D.B. Lillard reside in Cal., and
J.J. Lillard resides in Idaho
and that he will make a perfect inventory of and faithfully administer all the Estate of the said
Walker G. Lillard, and pay the debts as far as the assets will extend and the law direct, and account
for and pay all assets which shall come to his possession or knowledge.
