She was born September 29, 1887 in Austria Hungary, and resided in Canonsburg 60 years. A member of St. John's Russian Orthodox Church, Canonsburg, she was formerly employed by Mayview Hospital.
Surviving are her husband, William Dampf; three sons, John W., of Strabane, and William M. Jr.. and Henry A., both of Canonsburg; one daughter, Mrs. Frances Van Kirk of Albuquerque, N.M.; seven grand children and seven great-grand children.
One daughter, Elizabeth, is deceased.
