SAVANNAH - Services for Andrew Nelson Tidwell, 58, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Shackelford Funeral Home. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery between Savannah and Olive Hill.
Mr. Tidwell, a truck stop/service station operator, was found dead Monday afternoon at his home from apparent natural causes.
He was a Hardin County native and a veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lucy Mae Tidwell; a daughter, Mrs. Linda Cummings of Savannah; two sons, David Tidwell of Walnut, Miss., and Don Tidwell of Memphis; his father, Joe Tidwell of Savannah; four sisters, Mrs. Callie May of Savannah, Mrs. Ollie DeCourley of Crump, Mrs. FLora DeCourley of Memphis and Mrs. Boneta Arendall of Adamsville; and a brother, Harry Tidwell of Smithville.
