(1939-2018)

Nancy Marshall Hackworth, age 78, passed away peacefully in the company of her two sons on Nov.16, 2018.

She was born on Dec. 30, 1939, in Ashland, Ky., the daughter of the late Oliver and Lois (Clark) Marshall.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest, who passed away in 2005.

Survivors include her children, Jerry (Gina Davis) Hackworth, Robert (Donna Kwon) Hackworth; her grandchildren Haley Hackworth and Sophie Hackworth; and her brother, Roger Marshall.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Marshall.

Visitation services will be held on Mon., 4 to 8 p.m., at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, 3421 Harrodsburg Rd., Lexington Ky. Graveside services will be held Tues., 2 p.m. in the family cemetery in Prestonsburg, Ky. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Bluegrass Hospice Care, 2312 Alexandria Drive, Lexington, Ky. 40504 or The Alzheimer's Association, 6100 Dutchmans Lane Ste 401, Louisville, Ky. 40205.
