Mary Beth Birmingham, age 60, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 9, 2018.
Loving wife of 39 years to Edward P. Birmingham, Jr.; Beloved mother to Edward Birmingham III, Kathleen (Aaron) Rondeau, and Daniel Birmingham; Cherished grandmother to Reilly and Rosalie; Beloved daughter to Bernell and the late Dr. Thomas Bachmeier; Dear sister to Terry, Jerold, James (Sheila), Michael (Linda), John (Yvette), Jeffry (Dana), and the late Kathleen; Aunt, niece, cousin, and friend to many.
Mary received a Master’s degree in Education and was a devoted teacher for over 30 years, educating children as a private and Chicago public school teacher.
Visitation from 3-9 PM on Monday, 11/12, at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W 103rd St, Oak Lawn, IL 60453.
Memorial Mass will take place at 10 AM on Friday, 11/23, at Queen of Martyrs Catholic Church, 10233 S Central Park, Evergreen Park, IL 60805.
Inurnment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Advocate Hospice, 1441 Branding Ln, #200, Downers Grove, IL 60515.
