Lois J. Schimmel, 85, of Frankfort, passed away Monday, November 5, 2018 at Milner Community Health Care. She was born September 28, 1933 in Clinton County to Amzie and Jessica (Stewart) Marley.
She was a 1951 graduate of Flora High School.
She married Wayne Schimmel September 25, 1953. He preceded her in death.
Lois is survived by her son, Douglas Schimmel of Lafayette, grandchildren: David and Brian Schimmel, and great grandchildren: Clyde, Theodore, and Natalynn Schimmel.
Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, and 8 sisters.
A graveside service will be held at 11am, Thursday, November 8, 2018 at Bunnell Cemetery.
