Beloved wife, mother, daughter and sister, Linda Vee Rappleye Finnegan, age 42, died July 2, 1990 in Salt Lake City.
Born February 5, 1948 in Spanish Fork, Utah, a daughter of Dean and Gloria Faye McCall Rappleye. Married Jack Edmond Finnegan June 29, 1966 in Salt Lake City; marriage later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, June 29, 1976. Linda was a devoted wife and mother who took great pride and pleasure in her family. Serving in both the Young Women and Relief Society presidencies, she constantly served others. She was also a loving daughter and sister and will be missed by all who knew her.
Survived by husband, Jack E. Finnegan; two sons and three daughters, Eddie, Josh, Molly, Julie, Starla, all of West Jordan; mother, Faye Rappleye, Murray; one sister and three brothers, Sheri Jones, Val Rappleye, both of West Jordan; Michael Rappleye, Sandy; Kelly Rappleye, Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Funeral services will be held Friday, 12 noon, Mountain View Stake Center, 2901 West 9000 South. Friends may call Thursday, 6-8 p.m., McDougal's West Jordan Mortuary, 1861 West 7800 South, and Friday, at the church, one hour prior to services. Interment, West Jordan City Cemetery.
