Huldah Patience Holmes was probably the only child of Eliphalet HOLMES (1722-1743) & Damaris WATERHOUSE (abt. 1720-Bef. 1777). Huldah married Benjamin HICKOX --- 17 Sep 1760 -- Guilford, Connecticut.

Huldah & Benjamin & family moved from Conway, Massachusetts to Onondaga County, N. Y. after the birth of their daughter: Charlotte b. 1790.

[the current memorial for husband, Benjamin, could actually be Huldah's burial site. The death date, the age @ death & town & county all match Huldah. Benjamin is believed to have died 1810-1820. Huldah is living with her daughter, Charlotte Granger & Benjamin is not in household which leads me to believe he died prior to 1820.]
