Graveside services for Adrian Bleeker, Sr. will be held Friday, November 2, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Highland Cemetery in Okemah, Oklahoma.

Adrian Bleeker was born August 21, 1925 in Okemah, Oklahoma to Albert Bleeker and Leatrice (Landers) Bleeker. He passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 93.

Mr. Bleeker grew up in the Cromwell, Oklahoma area and was a graduate of Excelsior High School. He and Betty Irene Bleeker were married March 2, 1946 in Okemah; she later preceded him in death June 6, 2001. Mr. Bleeker was a barber for over 60 years and also enjoyed gardening, cooking, “do it yourself” building and was a talented musician. He was also a member of the Woodland Acres Baptist Church.

Also preceding him in death were his parents; one brother, O’Dell Bleeker and one sister, Lavena Dale.

Survivors include his son, Adrian Bleeker, Jr. of Blackwell, Oklahoma; one brother, C.D. Bleeker and wife Frances of Okemah; three grandchildren, Christy Bleeker, Dena Bleeker and James Bleeker; 9 great-grandchildren, Brince, Holden and Lexi Rodriguez, Langston, Layla, Liam, London and Kingston Cole and Cecelia Bleeker and two great-great-grandchildren, Briar Rodriguez and Luca Andrade.

Services will be under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home, Okemah, Oklahoma.
