Edith Evelyn Ceder, a Spokane resident most of her life, died Monday at Holy Family Hospital. She was 70. At her request, no service will be held. Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Ceder was born at Meteor, Washington. She was a member of Colville Confederated Tribes and a member of the Museum of Native American Cultures. Survivors include her husband, Walter P.; three daughters, Carole Lee Cox of Spokane, Karen Ferris of Hampton, Iowa, and Dagni Harkema of Scottsdale, Ariz.; two sons, Chris Ceder of Fall City, Wash., and Clinton Ceder of Seattle; one brother; one sister; and 10 grandchildren.
