Jeffrey L. Long, 54, of South Salem, passed away Tuesday, October 23, 2018 unexpectedly.
He was born May 21, 1964, in Ross County to Marvin and Jewell Wallin Long. He was married to the former Brenda K. Oney who survives.
Also surviving are two sons; five grandchildren; a brother, of Frankfort; a sister, of Chillicothe and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Jeff was a maintenance supervisor at the Ross County Park District and a former Horizon employee. He coached Little League Baseball for 28 years at Twin Youth League and in the City Pony League.
Funeral service will be held 12 noon Saturday, October 27, 2018, in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Ron Cottrill officiating. Following the burial in Twin Township Cemetery family and friends are invited to gather at Bourneville Christian Union Church on Upper Twin Road. Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 5-8 p.m. on Friday.
