CITY RESIDENT DEAD AT 80; RITES SLATED

Mrs. Margaret Schuppe, 80, formerly of 271 Taft St., died at 10:32 p.m. Tuesday at Lutheran Home for Aged.

Born in Grimm, Russia, on Jan. 6, 1890, she was the daughter of Chris and Elizabeth Fritzler Trott. She was married to Carl Schuppe on Jan. 14, 1914, in Oshkosh.

Mrs. Schuppe came to the United States in 1911. She was a member of Immanuel Trinity Church and was a resident of Lutheran Home for Aged for the last three years.

Surviving are three sons, Paul, Ray and Edward Schuppe, all of the city; two daughters, Mrs. Carl Bengel and Mrs. Robert Bell, both of the city; 14 grandchildren, seven treat-grandchildren; one brother, Jacob Trott of the city; and three sisters, Mrs. Jacob Markheim of the city, Mrs. Molly Wehling of Barbarton, Ohio, and Mrs. Kingsley Nelson of Mounted Route 30.

She was preceded in death by her husband on July 1, 1964, one brother, one sister and one grandson.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Paul G. Piotter and Pastor Harold G. Kromrey officiating. Burial will be in Ledgeview Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may call after 3 p.m. Thursday at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and at the church from 131 a.m. Friday until the time of services.

Funeral services for Mrs. Carl Schuppe, who died Tuesday, were held today at 1:30 p.m. from Immanuel – Trinity Lutheran Church. Pastor Paul Piotter and Pastor Harold Kromrey officiated.

A.M. Engen was the organist and Frederick Krueger the soloist. Burial was in Ledgeview memorial park Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Edward Schuppe, Terry Schuppe, Richard Schuppe, Thomas Bengel, James Bell and Robert Bell, Jr.
