Riggs, loving grandfather of James Adam Ashcraft & Joanna Ashcraft Anderson, great grandfather of Samantha Anderson Hitt, Shelby Anderson Gregory & James August Ashcraft & great great grandfather of 3. Gary was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War, worked as a supervisor with River Transportation Co. & was a member of the Cleves Church of Christ.
