Mr. Rodney Lewis Burgess, age 73, passed away October 19 at Crestwood Hospital.
Mr. Burgess was an avid fisherman and a minister for the Church of Christ for over 45 years.
He was also an author for numerous articles and papers on religion.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Linda Jeannette Burgess; parents, Jesse James Burgess and Daisy Burgess; siblings, Henry Lee, Charles, Marvin, Grady, Betty, Gladys and Mary-Lee.
