Tommie L. Davis passed away October 17, 2018 in Oklahoma City. She was born January 4, 1934 in Fort Worth, TX to Elzie H. and Nellie Cleveland Youngblood. Tommie was a Christian and worked at Council Road Baptist Church as the nursery coordinator for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ferrell and grandson, Von Powell. She is survived by two daughters, Kim Murrah of Bethany, OK and Dianne and husband Yoshi Unno of Houston, TX, her faithful companion “Bailey” as well as many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the many people who helped with moms care. Especially the two ladies, Sweetie(Nashyla) and Honey(Tashala) who took care of mom. Also a special thank you to Shy, Dr. Logan and all of “Bailey’s” aunts and uncles at Neel Vet. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Monday, October 22, 2018 with the family available to greet friends from 6:00 to 8:00. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at the Bill Merritt Memorial Chapel with burial following in the Bethany Cemetery.
