Gratitude and credit to Kay Haden for her insightful compilation, Leaves of the Tree where she has documented in expanded detail upon Dorothy Kabler Haden's work, John Haden of Virginia (1968). Much of this biography incorporates Kay's thorough analysis of facts and tradition, which has been instrumental in narrowing down the resting place of Joseph Haden and his kin.

Gravesite Details

This family plot is forgotten and grown over. NC land records provide a clue with 2 small acre purchases (likely cemeteries) at "the point" by the 372 acres William & Joseph owned & the 500 acres, William's son, Douglas Haden owned.
