Virginia Bryson was the daughter of Arthur and Myrtle Kreig. She enlisted in the Womens' Army Auxillary Corp in World War II and transferred to the Womens' Army Corp where she was a German Radio Intercept Operator with the US Army Signal Corp. After the war she served as a private secretary to the General of the Caribbean Command. After leaving the military, she married Clifford Damos Bryson and worked as an accountant at the Smithsonian Institute. Survivors include her three children, eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and two siblings.
