His father (Rev. Joseph Jamieson) is listed in his obit. His Mother was Elizabeth McCready Jamieson. His brother Rev Hugh Burns McCready Jamieson, also is mentioned in his obit. The 1901 Ireland census has his name as George B McC Jamieson. George came to Canada in 1904 & must not have taken the Jamieson last name. 


George Bell McCready married Elizabeth Louisa Cartmill at Winnipeg, Manitoba on May 23, 1905.
