Mrs. Anista Mettee, wife of Charles A. Mettee, of Catonsville, died suddenly Monday night of acute indigestion at her home on Shadynook avenue, Paradise. Mrs. Mettee was born in Baltimore 56 years ago, and was a daughter of the late Peter Smick. Besides her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Misses Mary Margaret, Mary Blanche and Lucretia Mettee, and three sons, Leonard C., Francis A. and Benjamin Lacey Mettee. The funeral will take place tomorrow morning. A requiem mass will be read at St. Mark's Catholic Church by the pastor, the Rev. Edward A. Williams. Burial will be in Loudon Park Cemetery.
