Donna M. Whitley, 65, of 14108 Townline Road died Thursday, June 5, 2003, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Born June 9, 1937, in Greenview to Roy F. and Pauline Edwards Forbis, she married Gail D. Whitley on Jan. 16, 1955, in Pekin. He survives.
Also surviving are her father of Pekin; three daughters, Diana (and Rick) Harms, Twyla Miller and Richelle (and Chris) Tisdale, all of Pekin; and one son, Gail (and Lynda) of Pekin.
She was preceded in death by her mother, one son, one brother and one sister.
She was a district manager of the House of Lloyd for six years, retiring in 1992.
Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens.
