Sheila graduated in 1967 from Franklin High in Stockton, CA.
Sheila was a strong and outgoing person. Head-strong, but very loving and caring. She was dedicated to her husband and partner of 42 years, Chuck. She took care of him even though she was ill. She babied him and pampered him. The apple of her eye was her grandson Parker. She will be missed dearly.
She was preceded in death by both parents T.L. and Geraldine Short, and brother Gerald Short. Survived by husband and life partner Chuck Duncan, son Jason Duncan, grandson Parker Duncan, and brother Rob Short.
Services will be held Wednesday, October 10, at 10am, at the Bakersfield National Cemetery, Hwy 58 and Bear Mountain Blvd.
