JoAnn loved painting, quilting, traveling and researching her family history. She was a member of the Francis Vigo Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and The General Nathan Bedford Forrest Chapter United Daughters of the Confederacy.
JoAnn is survived by her Husband of 65 years, Martin D. Webb Sr.; five children, Debra Webb Byrnes (Jon), Cathy Webb Mattingly (Francis), Marty Webb (Joyce), Tonya Webb Hardesty (Gary) and Mitch Webb (Tammy); 12 Grandchildren; 15 Great Grandchildren; two sisters, Rena McCauley and Nellie Green [both of Louisville]; and a brother Robert Singleton.
JoAnn was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Beth Webb; a son, Todd Patrick Webb; a Granddaughter, Carissa Mattingly Foushee; and two Great Grandchildren, Rance and Addie Foushee.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 21, 2018, at the Parr-Frans Cemetery in Battletown, KY, with Rev. George Illakkal officiating. Hager Funeral Home, in Brandenburg, has been entrusted with arrangements.
