Sara Estrada Davis, age 91, of the Randall Community near Rison, passed away on November 4, 2021. She was born July 24, 1930, in Corpus Christi, Texas to the late Felip Estrada and Herlinda Herrera Uribe.

She married Paul J. Davis on October 16, 1948. Mrs. Davis retired from the Pine Bluff Arsenal after 30 years of service as an accounting tech. She was a member of the New Home Extension Homemaker Club, Order of the Eastern Star, and was Woman of the Year in 1981. Mrs. Davis was a member of Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church in Calmer.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul J. Davis in 1999, three brothers, Leobard Estrada, Tito Estrada, Raul Estrada, four sisters, Ruth Holmes, Mary Esther Smith, Minerva Aldman, and Geraldine Perez.

She is survived by her children, Mike Davis and his wife Denise, Paul Davis and his wife Kathy, Linda Reep and her husband Lamar, siblings, Johnny Estrada, Rebecca Edwards, Orfa Estrada, and Hope Kelley, grandchildren, Jason Delk, Wesley Davis, Jonathan Davis and Kim Nelson, great-grandchildren, Davis Chance Delk, Kadence Davis, Kora Davis, Kalilah Davis, Grady Davis, and Crew Davis.

Pallbearers will be Kenny Bates, Ivan Bates, George Edwards, Jr., Bryan Guffy, Jim Guffy, Howard Ray Guffy, and Tony Rushing with John Orton, William Paul Woolley and David Guffy, Sr. serving as honorary pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, November 6, 2021, at Buie Funeral Home in Rison.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 7, 2021, at Mt. Olivet Methodist Church in Calmer with Rev. Boyd Savage officiating. Interment will follow in Wesley Chapel Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church, Qualls Scholarship, Kids for Christ, or Wesley Chapel Missions.
