Marcia J. (Wrobel) Gress, 52, Green Bay, formerly of Houston, Texas, died Tuesday, July 28, 2009, with her family by her side. She was born Dec. 11, 1956, in Green Bay, to George and Marie (LePage) Wrobel.

Survivors include her husband, Joseph; a son, Nicholas Gress; a granddaughter, Maranda; her father and stepmother, George and Norma Wrobel; four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Paula Wrobel, Barbara and David Heath, Debra and John Girard, Linda and Eddie Kurowski; a brother, Michael Wrobel and his special friend, Juanita; her mother-in-law, Georgia Gress, Kansas; two sisters-in-law, Linda Corbin, Cathy Luse, both of Kansas; her best friends, Mary Bootz and Doug Francis; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jodi Gress; her mother, Marie Wrobel; her maternal and paternal grandparents, Clarence and Emma Le Page, Felix and Anna Wrobel.

Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday. A Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. John Cell officiating. Inurnment will be in Allouez Catholic Cemetery.--Blaney Funeral Home
