Survived By: His children: Andrea Smart, of Weston, ID; and Kurt (Destry) Howard, of Kamas, UT; 10 grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a brother, Dennis Howard.

Predeceased By: His parents; a daughter, Kari Lyn; a sister, Dorothy "June" Prothero; and two brothers: Richard Kay Howard and George "Neil" Howard.
