Chandra Ream Nelson, 38, of Chester, died September 23, 2018 in Bountiful, Utah after an extended illness.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 29, at the Ashton LDS Stake Center, 516 North 2nd Street, with Bishop Charles Hanson officiating. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m., both times at the stake center.
Burial will be in the Pineview Cemetery under the direction of Baxter Funeral Home.
