Funeral services for William Lloyd Billings, age 80 of Baxter, Tennessee, will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at 2:00PM from the Chapel of Whitson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 from 5:00-9:00PM and Thursday, September 27th from 8:00AM until time of service at 2:00PM.
Mr. Billings passed away on Monday, September 24, 2018 at the Signature Healthcare in Putnam County.
William Lloyd Billings was born on September 5, 1938 in DeKalb County, TN to the late William Richard Clyde and Ora Mae (Mahan) Billings. He was of the Christian faith. Lloyd owned and operated Billings Crane Service.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Clara (Dunn) Billings; Mother-In-Law & Father-In-Law: Jessie and Sam Dunn; Beloved Sister-In-Law: Margie Hickey; Beloved Sons: David Eugene and Daniel Lloyd Billings; Grandson: Anthony Billings; 2 Brothers: John Anson and Joel David Billings.
