Edgar L. Jones, age 74, of Trenton, GA passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2018. Mr. Jones was a self-employed carpenter. He was an avid coon hunter and an outdoorsman.
Preceded in death by his parents Roscoe and Ruth Grant Jones; sister, Mary Lou Ivey, Elizabeth Smith, and Faye Patton. Brothers: Bll Jones and Garland Jones.
Surviving are 3 daughters; Kim Jones, Ren’a Harris, Valerie (Larry) Redden. Five (5) grandchildren, Matthew Harris, Courtlyn Alexander, Alexis Redden, Lance Redden, and Layla Redden; Brothers; Sammy Jones, Lance Redden, Layla Redden; Sister, Flora Hartline; also several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Poplar Springs Cemetery with Rev. Tommy Bearden officiating. Arrangements by Ryan Funeral Home, Trenton, GA.
