Funeral services for Mrs. Albert Marbut, 62, of Dallas, Tex., former Lake Charles resident, will be at 3:30 p.m. today (Feb 21) in the South Chapel of Hixson Funeral home here.
The Rev. Dean Thompson will officiate. Burial will be in Prien Memorial Park.
Mrs. Marbut died in Dallas Thursday.
The former Agnes Seiley, she lived in Lake Charles before moving to Dallas 24 years ago. She was in the Women's Army Corps (WAC) during World War II, serving in England, Germany and the Pacific area. She was a member of American Legion Post 453 of Lovefield, Tex., and also the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Survivors are her husband; one sister. Mrs. Henry Daigle of Carlyss, three brothers Jeff Seiley of Beaumont, Ben Seiley of Lake Charles and Henry Seiley of West Lake.
