Born December 17, 1941 in Brooklyn, he was the son of Aristotle and Helen Zomcik Moshos. He was pre-deceased by his wife of 42 years, Ruth Arnesen Moshos on April 28, 2010.
A self employed architect, he enjoyed building old cars and boats. Aris spent his time tinkering with his prized Studebaker and Hydrofoil.
Survivors include three sons, Aristotle of Malden-on-Hudson, NY, Jason & his wife Jennifer of Glen Ridge, NJ, and Kristos & his wife Nicole of Belmont, MA; four grandchildren; and his sister Mary of Aurora of Aurora, CO. In addition to his wife, he was pre-deceased by his brother, Alexander Moshos.
Funeral services will be held 8:00 PM Friday, September 21, 2018 at Buono Funeral Service, Inc., Saugerties, NY. Cremation will follow and interment will be in Mount Marion Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Buono Funeral Service, Inc.
