Mrs. Evelyn Gobble Graham, 85, passed away on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at The Laurels of Salisbury.
Born March 13, 1933 in Rowan County, she was the daughter of the late Clifton Conrad and Mary Esther Kluttz Pinkston.
She was educated in the Rowan County schools and graduated from the former Cleveland High School where she was on the basketball team and valedictorian. Mrs. Graham was a member of Faith Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, William "Bill" C. Gobble and Howard A. Graham; son, Douglas Clifton Gobble, eight brothers and one sister.
Survivors include her sister, Sarah Pinkston Hall of Woodleaf, two sons, Ron C. Gobble of Salisbury, William Michael Gobble of Savanah, Ga. and daughter, Karen G. Leonard of Salisbury, along with 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Faith Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Randy Kirby officiating,
