Phillip is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Arlene Norris, daughter Janet, brother George Norris, and best friend Henry Brown. Phil passed quietly in his sleep on September 11, 2018.
Phil was a quiet man with a great sense of humor. He served in the US Air Force, worked as an airline mechanic for many years, and became an Aviation Safety Inspector for the FAA. He will be remembered for his kindness, compassion, and sense of humor.
A Celebration of Life was held at Berge-Pappas-Smith Chapel of the Angels in Fremont on September 27, 2018.
