OAKES (née Stratton), Jennifer Lynn "Jenny" Died peacefully on November 12th at the age of 65. Jennifer is survived by her husband Timothy, children Timothy, Patrick (Holly), Shannon (Jordan Mantia), grandmother to Michael, Joseph, Hannah, Tyler, Gabriel, Matthew and Mary; sisters Jill Clark and Rebecca Mayer and brothers David (Pamela) Mayer and Daniel Mayer. Jennifer was born on January 15, 1949 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated from Our Lady of the Angels in 1967. She married Timothy her high school sweetheart in 1968. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 from 9:30 a.m. until time of service 11:00 a.m. at St. James of the Valley Catholic Church, 411 Springfield Pike, 45215. Interment at Oak Hill Cemetery. A reception to follow interment at the Gwen Mooney Funeral Home Tri-County, 11285 Princeton Pike, 45246. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Jenny's life. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, or Hospice of Cincinnati. Sympathy may be expressed at www.springgrove.org.
